阿尔茨海默病(AD)是老年人最常见的一种痴呆类型。随着我国老龄人口的增加,AD发病率逐渐上升,已成为严重影响老年人生活质量和生命健康的疾病。传统中药在防治AD研究中具有丰富理论和临床经验,能够多靶点、多方式、多途径地发挥作用。众多研究者已对具有AD治疗效果的中药进行了大量研究,并发现了皂苷、生物碱、黄酮、多酚、多糖等活性成分。我们简要综述近年来中药活性成分在防治AD研究中的进展。
阿爾茨海默病(AD)是老年人最常見的一種癡呆類型。隨著我國老齡人口的增加,AD髮病率逐漸上升,已成為嚴重影響老年人生活質量和生命健康的疾病。傳統中藥在防治AD研究中具有豐富理論和臨床經驗,能夠多靶點、多方式、多途徑地髮揮作用。衆多研究者已對具有AD治療效果的中藥進行瞭大量研究,併髮現瞭皂苷、生物堿、黃酮、多酚、多糖等活性成分。我們簡要綜述近年來中藥活性成分在防治AD研究中的進展。

Alzheimer's disease(AD) is one of the most common dementias in the aged, which affects human life quality and health seriously. Traditional Chinese medicines have had rich theories and clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of AD in multi-target, multi-mode, multi-channel ways. Researchers have made great efforts in the study of traditional Chinese medicines for treating AD, and have found many active constitute such as saponins, alkaloids, flavones, polyphenols, polysaccharides, etc. In this paper, the recent progress in study of ac?tive constituents of traditional Chinese medicines for treating AD was reviewed.
