阿尔茨海默病（AD）是老年人最常见的一种痴呆类型。随着我国老龄人口的增加，AD发病率逐渐上升，已成为严重影响老年人生活质量和生命健康的疾病。传统中药在防治AD研究中具有丰富理论和临床经验，能够多靶点、多方式、多途径地发挥作用。众多研究者已对具有AD治疗效果的中药进行了大量研究，并发现了皂苷、生物碱、黄酮、多酚、多糖等活性成分。我们简要综述近年来中药活性成分在防治AD研究中的进展。

Alzheimer's disease(AD) is one of the most common dementias in the aged, which affects human life quality and health seriously. Traditional Chinese medicines have had rich theories and clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of AD in multi-target, multi-mode, multi-channel ways. Researchers have made great efforts in the study of traditional Chinese medicines for treating AD, and have found many active constitute such as saponins, alkaloids, flavones, polyphenols, polysaccharides, etc. In this paper, the recent progress in study of ac?tive constituents of traditional Chinese medicines for treating AD was reviewed.
