目的：探讨对胃溃疡患者采用中西医联合治疗的效果及安全性。方法选取我院收治的胃溃疡患者90例作为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同划分两组，各45例，其中对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组基于对照组加用中药治疗，对比两组临床疗效及复发率。结果对照组临床疗效为75.6%，复发率为17.8%；观察组分别为95.6%、6.7%，对比具有差异（P<0.05）。结论中西医联合治疗胃溃疡效果优良。

목적：탐토대위궤양환자채용중서의연합치료적효과급안전성。방법선취아원수치적위궤양환자90례작위연구대상，안조치료방식불동화분량조，각45례，기중대조조채용상규서약치료，관찰조기우대조조가용중약치료，대비량조림상료효급복발솔。결과대조조림상료효위75.6%，복발솔위17.8%；관찰조분별위95.6%、6.7%，대비구유차이（P<0.05）。결론중서의연합치료위궤양효과우량。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of combined therapy of chinese and western medicine in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 90 cases of patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital as the research object,according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups,45 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group based on the control group and treated with traditional chinese medicine, and compared two groups of clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate.Results The clinical efficacy of the control group was 75.6%,the recurrence rate was 17.8%, and the observation group was 95.6%,6.7%,the difference was significant (P< 0.05).ConclusionCombined chinese and western medicine in treatment of gastric ulcer is good.
