目的:探讨健康中老年高峰充盈率( PFR)参考值与地理因素的关系。方法收集全国22个省、市、自治区32个城市66个单位测定的2770例健康中老年PFR参考值,应用SPSS19.0软件,综合运用相关分析的方法,研究其与9项地理指标的关系,再进行多元线性回归及因子分析模拟出最优预测模型,最终绘制健康中老年的PFR空间分布图。结果发现健康中老年PFR参考值与地理指标间有显著的相关关系。通过对比分析多元线性回归及因子预测模型,得出健康中老年PFR参考值的预测模型为线性回归预测模型。结论通过中国某地的地理环境指标值,运用该模型就可以计算出该地健康中老年PFR预测参考值,也可以从地理分布图中得到我国某地健康中老年PFR参考值。

목적:탐토건강중노년고봉충영솔( PFR)삼고치여지리인소적관계。방법수집전국22개성、시、자치구32개성시66개단위측정적2770례건강중노년PFR삼고치,응용SPSS19.0연건,종합운용상관분석적방법,연구기여9항지리지표적관계,재진행다원선성회귀급인자분석모의출최우예측모형,최종회제건강중노년적PFR공간분포도。결과발현건강중노년PFR삼고치여지리지표간유현저적상관관계。통과대비분석다원선성회귀급인자예측모형,득출건강중노년PFR삼고치적예측모형위선성회귀예측모형。결론통과중국모지적지리배경지표치,운용해모형취가이계산출해지건강중노년PFR예측삼고치,야가이종지리분포도중득도아국모지건강중노년PFR삼고치。
Objective To reveal the geographical distribution of reference value of peak filling rate ( PFR) of healthy middle-aged and the old in China .Methods The reference values of PFR of 2 770 healthy middle-aged and the old were collected from 66 units in 32 cit-ies of 22 provinces in China .And the correlation analysis was used to find the correlation between nine geographical factors and the PFR refer -ence value of healthy middle-aged and the old.Then,multiple linear regression and factors analysis were used to simulate the optimal predic-tion models.Results There was significant relationship between the geographical factors and PFR reference value .And the best prediction model was multiple linear regression analysis equation .Conclusions If the geographical factors in some area in China are known ,the normal reference values of peak filling rate in this area could be reckoned by regression equation .The PFR reference value of healthy middle-aged and the old could be obtained anywhere from the geographical distribution .
