目的：探究消化性溃疡患者采用中医辩证分型治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2014年1月～2015年2月收治的53例消化性溃疡患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组31例采取中医的辨证分型治疗，对照组22例患者选择常规的西药治疗，观察患者治疗后身体改善情况。结果实验组治疗有效率为96.77%，对照组患者治疗有效率为77.27%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论消化性溃疡患者采用中医的辨证分型治疗，可使身体的不适症状得到针对性改善，没有不良反应，减少病情复发。

목적：탐구소화성궤양환자채용중의변증분형치료적방법화효과。방법선취2014년1월～2015년2월수치적53례소화성궤양환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조31례채취중의적변증분형치료，대조조22례환자선택상규적서약치료，관찰환자치료후신체개선정황。결과실험조치료유효솔위96.77%，대조조환자치료유효솔위77.27%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론소화성궤양환자채용중의적변증분형치료，가사신체적불괄증상득도침대성개선，몰유불량반응，감소병정복발。
Objective Treatment method and its effect of differentiation of symptoms and signs with traditional chinese medication in patients with peptic ulcer are to be studied.Methods To choose 53 patients with peptic ulcer who were treated in hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 and separated them into two groups at random; 31 patients in study group were given differentiation of symptoms and signs traditional chinese medication treatment, while 22 patients in control group were given western medication treatment and then observed and compared patients’ physical changes between two groups after treatment.Results Patients’ treatment efficacy in study group was 96.77%, while patients’ treatment efficacy in control group was 77.27%, there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value (P< 0.05).ConclusionDifferentiation of symptoms and signs with traditional chinese medication treatment is effectIve for patients with peptic ulcer, and it is conducive to improving patients’ symptoms without side effects and reducing ilness reoccurrence.
