针对政府采购工作手工抽取评审专家而出现的公平性差、保密性差等问题,采用遗传算法完成随机抽取评审专家的过程,引入染色体、基因、适应值及群体等概念,结合选择、交叉、变异等计算手段,通过具体实例分析验证了遗传算法在专家抽取中应用的科学性、先进性。

Aiming at the problem that fairness and confidentiality are all poor when extracting evaluation experts by manual. Completed the process that extracting evaluation experts randomly using genetic algorithm. Introducted the concept which chromosome, gene, fitness and population . Combined with the method that selection, crossover, mutation calculation. Through the analysis of the specific example verified the scientific, advanced that application of the genetic algorithm in the extraction of experts.
