目的：探讨益肾固元汤加减治疗肾病综合征的效果。方法将75例肾病综合征患者分为对照组（泼尼松联合双嘧达莫治疗）和观察组（益肾固元汤加减治疗）。结果观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，且观察组治疗后临床症状体征积分改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论益肾固元汤在肾病综合征治疗中具有疗效。
目的：探討益腎固元湯加減治療腎病綜閤徵的效果。方法將75例腎病綜閤徵患者分為對照組（潑尼鬆聯閤雙嘧達莫治療）和觀察組（益腎固元湯加減治療）。結果觀察組患者治療有效率高于對照組，不良反應髮生率低于對照組，且觀察組治療後臨床癥狀體徵積分改善情況優于對照組（P<0.05）。結論益腎固元湯在腎病綜閤徵治療中具有療效。
목적：탐토익신고원탕가감치료신병종합정적효과。방법장75례신병종합정환자분위대조조（발니송연합쌍밀체막치료）화관찰조（익신고원탕가감치료）。결과관찰조환자치료유효솔고우대조조，불량반응발생솔저우대조조，차관찰조치료후림상증상체정적분개선정황우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론익신고원탕재신병종합정치료중구유료효。
Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of the nephrotic syndrome with the addition of the renal gu yuan decoction.Methods75 cases of nephrotic syndrome syndrome were divided into control group (throwing prednisone combined with dipyridamole treatment) and observation group (renal gu yuan decoction). Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group and scores of clinical symptoms and signs improve is better than that of the control group (P< 0.05). ConclusionThe effect of the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome with renal gu yuan decoction is significant, and it can be popularized.
