目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳以及联合顺铂对人卵巢癌裸鼠原位移植瘤生长的抑制作用。方法:构建人卵巢癌裸鼠原位移植瘤模型,随机分为对照组、鸦胆子油乳组、顺铂组和鸦胆子油乳顺铂联合组等4组,每组8只,观察各组裸鼠移植瘤体积、重量、抑瘤率及相对肿瘤增值率(T/C)的变化,检测裸鼠外周血白细胞、血小板数目及血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血肌酐(CR)的变化。结果:鸦胆子油乳组、顺铂组、联合组均可有效遏制肿瘤细胞生长,各组的抑瘤率分别为23.56%±3.67%、42.57%±3.45%和48.36%±3.08%;各组的肿瘤体积和T/C明显下降,T/C均低于60%,且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,鸦胆子油乳组治疗后裸鼠LDH、CR值差异显著(P<0.01),顺铂组与联合组ALT、LDH、CR值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,鸦胆子油乳组白细胞数差异显著(P<0.05),而顺铂组、联合组血小板、白细胞数量均明显减少,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:顺铂联合鸦胆子油乳可以抑制人卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤的生长,鸦胆子油乳相对于顺铂对人卵巢癌SKOV3细胞裸鼠白细胞及血小板、肝肾功能影响较小,具有低毒作用。

목적:탐토아담자유유이급연합순박대인란소암라서원위이식류생장적억제작용。방법:구건인란소암라서원위이식류모형,수궤분위대조조、아담자유유조、순박조화아담자유유순박연합조등4조,매조8지,관찰각조라서이식류체적、중량、억류솔급상대종류증치솔(T/C)적변화,검측라서외주혈백세포、혈소판수목급혈청곡병전안매(ALT)、유산탈경매(LDH)、혈기항(CR)적변화。결과:아담자유유조、순박조、연합조균가유효알제종류세포생장,각조적억류솔분별위23.56%±3.67%、42.57%±3.45%화48.36%±3.08%;각조적종류체적화T/C명현하강,T/C균저우60%,차여대조조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);여대조조비교,아담자유유조치료후라서LDH、CR치차이현저(P<0.01),순박조여연합조ALT、LDH、CR치차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);여대조조비교,아담자유유조백세포수차이현저(P<0.05),이순박조、연합조혈소판、백세포수량균명현감소,차차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:순박연합아담자유유가이억제인란소암라서이식류적생장,아담자유유상대우순박대인란소암SKOV3세포라서백세포급혈소판、간신공능영향교소,구유저독작용。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Brucea javanica fruit oil emulsion and cisplatin on the growth of human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells nude mouse orthotopic transplantation tumor. Methods: The orthotopic trans?plantation tumor model of human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell lines nude mice was established, and were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=8): the blank group, bruceolic oil emulsion group, cisplatin group and bruceolic oil emul?sion and cisplatin combining group. Tumor volume, weight and relative tumor proliferation ratio(TC) were mea?sured. The serum levels of ALT, LDH, CR as well as the number of white blood cells and platelet were mea?sured. Results: Bruceolic oil emulsion group, cisplatin group and the combining group all had inhibitory effect on the tumor cell growth, the tumor inhibition rate of each group were 23.56%±3.67%, 42.57%±3.45% and 48.36%± 3.08%; the volume and T/C of each group had decreased significantly, and T/C<60% compared to the control, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared to the control, ALT value of the bruceolic oil emul?sion group had no significant statistical differences(P>0.05), LDH, CR value was significant(P<0.01). Compared with the brucea javanica oil group, cisplatin group and combined group ALT, LDH, CR values were increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion: Cisplatin combined with brucea javanica oil emulsion can inhibit the growth of ovarian caner SKOV3 cells in nude mouse orthotopic transplantation tumor. Compared with cisplatin, brucea javanica oil emulsion has less impact on white blood cells, platelets, liver and kidney func?tion of human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells in nude mice, and has the advantages of low toxicity effect.
