针对传统模拟超声波电源存在功率损耗大、通用性差、控制不灵活等问题，提出基于DSP的数字化超声波电源设计，介绍超声波电源硬件电路的总体方案、主电路及控制电路设计。通过试验验证了所设计的超声波电源频率自动跟踪效果良好。

The design of digital ultrasonic power based on DSP is proposed for the shortcomings of traditional analog ultrasonic power, such as large power loss, poor versatility and non-flexible control. The hardware design is introduced for the overall program, the main circuit and the control circuit of the digital ultrasonic power. Through the relevant experiment, it is verified that the ultrasonic power designed has good automatic frequency tracking performance.
