目的:研究不同条件下、不同生长期易致污染的支原体在固体培养基中的形态特征。方法通过改变支原体菌体浓度、培养时间及培养基组成,观察支原体在固体培养基中的形态变化。结果支原体菌体浓度小于103 cfu/mL时,培养至2~3天后可在固体培养基中形成典型的“油煎蛋”状形态,以蔗糖作为碳源培养支原体会导致葡萄糖发酵型支原体(肺炎支原体)不能在固体培养基中形成典型菌落,当使用牛血清代替马血清为支原体提供外源胆固醇时,猪鼻支原体在固体培养基中不能形成典型菌落。结论支原体的不同生长期、菌体浓度、培养基的组成都会使易致污染的支原体在固体培养基上的形态发生变化。

목적:연구불동조건하、불동생장기역치오염적지원체재고체배양기중적형태특정。방법통과개변지원체균체농도、배양시간급배양기조성,관찰지원체재고체배양기중적형태변화。결과지원체균체농도소우103 cfu/mL시,배양지2~3천후가재고체배양기중형성전형적“유전단”상형태,이자당작위탄원배양지원체회도치포도당발효형지원체(폐염지원체)불능재고체배양기중형성전형균락,당사용우혈청대체마혈청위지원체제공외원담고순시,저비지원체재고체배양기중불능형성전형균락。결론지원체적불동생장기、균체농도、배양기적조성도회사역치오염적지원체재고체배양기상적형태발생변화。
Objective To study the morphology on solid media for mycoplasmas susceptible to cause contaimination under different conditions and culture periods.Methods To observe the morphological characteristics of mycoplasmas cultured on solid medium by changing the cell concentration, composition in medium and incubation conditions for tested myco-plasmas.Results After cultured for two or three days, the tested mycoplasma colonies have typical “fried egg” appear-ance on solid media as the cell concentration is less than 103 cfu/mL.Mycoplasma pneumonia can not form a typical colony on solid medium as sucrose used as a carbon source, Mycoplasma hyorhinis can not form a typical“fried egg” appearence by using of bovine serum instead of horse serum as an exogenous cholesterol.Conclusion The morphology of tested mycoplasmas may change on solid medium under different culture time, different cell concentration and different medium composition.
