目的：探讨心力衰竭患者应用曲美他嗪治疗的临床疗效。方法将108例心力衰竭患者完全随机分为对照组和观察组，各54例。对照组患者行传统治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.3%，明显高于对照组的79.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者不良反应发生率为11.1%，明显低于对照组的22.2%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用曲美他嗪治疗心力衰竭患者，临床效果明显，不良反应少。
목적：탐토심력쇠갈환자응용곡미타진치료적림상료효。방법장108례심력쇠갈환자완전수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각54례。대조조환자행전통치료，관찰조환자재대조조기출상급여곡미타진치료，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과관찰조환자치료총유효솔위96.3%，명현고우대조조적79.6%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자불량반응발생솔위11.1%，명현저우대조조적22.2%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론응용곡미타진치료심력쇠갈환자，림상효과명현，불량반응소。
Objective To investigate the clinical eficacy of trimetazidine in patients with chronic heart failure QuMei treatment.Methods 108 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases in each group.In the control group were treated with conventional therapy and group were given trimetazidine treatment group on the basis of control,were compared between the two groups of curative effect observation.Results In the treatment of patients in the observation group total effective rate was 96.3%,significantly higher than 79.6%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);observed adverse reactions in patients was 11.1%,significantly lower than the control group 22.2%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QuMei trimetazidine in treatment of heart failure,clinical effect,less adverse reaction.
