目的:探究中医诊断学病案及案例教学对学生产生的影响。方法:随机选取我校2011级临床医学专业2个班的123名学生进行中医诊断内容的案例教学法尝试,记为实验组,另选取同年级也是临床医学专业2个班的125名学生进行传统教学法教学,记为对照组。实验组教师根据教学要求,选取经典案例,并对案例进行分类和加工,进行病例及案例教学,并在课程结束时进行问卷调查,进行测试及成绩评价。结果显示:对两组学生进行学习成绩评价发现,对照组学生小论文、期末成绩、病案分析成绩均低于实验组(P<0.01)。通过问卷调查发现,教师进行多种形式的病案及案例教学能够获得绝大多数学生的支持,大多数学生认为病案及案例教学能够显著提高辨病、辨证能力,此外还能把理论和实际联系起来。结论:病案及案例教学能显著提高学生的学习兴趣及教师教学质量,此外,对于巩固学生专业思想和培养学生规范的中医辨证诊断思维也有较好的效果,适合教学推广。

Objective: To explore the influence of medical record and case teaching on students in diagnostics of traditional Chi-nese medicine. Methods: 123 students from 2 classes of Grade 2011 clinical medicine specialty in our college were randomly selected to carry out the attempt of case teaching approach for di-agnostics of traditional Chinese medicine and they were labeled as the experimental group;another 125 students from 2 classes of the same grade were selected to carry out the traditional teaching approach and they were labeled as the control group. In the ex-perimental group, the teacher, in accordance with teaching re-quirements, selected, classified and processed classic cases, in order to implement medical record and case teaching, and carried out a questionnaire survey, examination and performance evalua-tion when the course ended. Results:It was found in the perfor-mance evaluation that the performance of students' mini essays, final examination and medical record analysis in the control group is lower than that in the experimental group ( <0.01). It was found in the questionnaire survey that the medical record and case teaching in diversified forms implemented by the teacher are favored by the vast majority of students. Most of the students think that medical record and case teaching can significantly im-prove their ability of discriminating diseases, and promote theo-ry-practice combination. Conclusion: Medical record and case teaching can significantly improve students' learning interest and teachers' teaching quality, and besides, it also has a good effect on consolidating students' professional thoughts and cultivating their normal discrimination thinking of traditional Chinese medicine. So it is suitable for popularization in teaching.
