目的：分析中医疗法在湿疹治疗中的应用效果。方法选取120例湿疹患者，依据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各为60例。对照组进行常规西医治疗，观察组进行中医治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.0%，不良反应的发生率为3.3%，对照组治疗有效率为78.3%，不良反应的发生率为11.7%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在内科湿疹的治疗中，中医疗法能够有效地提高治疗有效率，且安全性强。

목적：분석중의요법재습진치료중적응용효과。방법선취120례습진환자，의거치료방법적불동장기분위관찰조여대조조，매조각위60례。대조조진행상규서의치료，관찰조진행중의치료。결과관찰조치료유효솔위95.0%，불량반응적발생솔위3.3%，대조조치료유효솔위78.3%，불량반응적발생솔위11.7%，량조차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재내과습진적치료중，중의요법능구유효지제고치료유효솔，차안전성강。
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of eczema.MethodsTo choose 120 patients with eczema, were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods, each group 60 cases. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional chinese medicine.Results The observation group’ treatment effective rate was 95.0%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.3%.The control group treatment effective rate was 78.3%, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.7%. The difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion TCM therapy in the treatment of eczema can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, and security is good.
