目的：研究分析中药凉血消癜汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜患者的临床效果。方法选取我院于2013年3月～2014年3月收治的80例小儿过敏性紫癜患者作为本次研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组40例患者采用常规对症药物治疗，治疗组40例患者在对照组基础上加用中药凉血消癜汤治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率95.0%高于对照组80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小儿过敏性紫癜患者在常规对症药物治疗加用中药凉血消癜汤治疗，可以改善患者的临床症状，安全有效。

목적：연구분석중약량혈소전탕치료소인과민성자전환자적림상효과。방법선취아원우2013년3월～2014년3월수치적80례소인과민성자전환자작위본차연구대상，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조40례환자채용상규대증약물치료，치료조40례환자재대조조기출상가용중약량혈소전탕치료，대비량조환자치료효과。결과치료조적총유효솔95.0%고우대조조80.0%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론소인과민성자전환자재상규대증약물치료가용중약량혈소전탕치료，가이개선환자적림상증상，안전유효。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of Liangxuehuoxuetang Xiaodian soup on pediatric alergic purpura patients.Methods From March 2013 to March 2013,there were 80 cases of pediatric alergic purpura patients in our hospital ,and then divided them into treatment group and control group, each group had 40 patients. And the control group were treated by conventional drug treatment while the treatment group used Liangxuehuoxuetang Xiaodian soup.Then compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 95.0%,while the total effective rate of the control group is 80.0% , so the difference between the two group is obvious (P< 0.05).Conclusion The effect of Liangxuehuoxuetang Xiaodian soup on pediatric alergic purpura patients is significant and it is worth of using.
