以公路液化天然气( LNG)运输为例,设计了一个危险品运输风险监测和控制系统,在传统的风险监测系统的基础上,提出了一种应急预案生成方法。该方法结合基于遗传算法( GA)的聚类和基于案例的推理( CBR)模型,解决了传统监测系统无法给出应急措施的问题。在聚类时,为各参数增加了权值,实验表明,使得应用本算法查找到的相似案例更具有可参考性和实用性。该系统能够大大缩短发现异常到采取行动之间的响应时间,从而有效降低事故发生率。

A system of risk monitoring and control for dangerous goods transportation was designed in this paper, in which the transportation of Liquefied Natural Gas ( LNG) on roads was taken as an example. Combining clustering based on Genetic Algorithm ( GA) with Case-Based Reasoning ( CBR) , a method of generating emergency plans was proposed based on the risk monitoring system of traditional dangerous good transportation. It solves the problems that the traditional system cannot get emergency plans. Weights were used when clustering. The experiments show that the algorithm has a good reference and practicability. The system can reduce the response time from the abnormal parameters are found to the effective measures are taken, and finally reduce the possibility of accidents.
