目的：评价老年念球菌性阴道炎采用酮康唑单独和联合克霉唑栓治疗的临床效果。方法自我院收治的老年念球菌性阴道炎患者中选取90例，数字随机法分为两组，对照组40例单用酮康唑治疗，观察组50例采用酮康唑联合克霉唑用药治疗，比较两组患者的临床症状改善情况、治疗效果、不良反应以及复发情况。结果治疗前，两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应以及复发情况等均无差异，P>0.05无统计学意义；治疗后5个月患者的生命体征评分情况、见效时间少于治疗前，P<0.05有统计学意义；但治疗后两组患者的评分情况，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论老年念球菌性阴道炎采用酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗，可有效改善患者的临床症状，提高患者生活质量。
목적：평개노년념구균성음도염채용동강서단독화연합극매서전치료적림상효과。방법자아원수치적노년념구균성음도염환자중선취90례，수자수궤법분위량조，대조조40례단용동강서치료，관찰조50례채용동강서연합극매서용약치료，비교량조환자적림상증상개선정황、치료효과、불량반응이급복발정황。결과치료전，량조환자적치료효과、불량반응이급복발정황등균무차이，P>0.05무통계학의의；치료후5개월환자적생명체정평분정황、견효시간소우치료전，P<0.05유통계학의의；단치료후량조환자적평분정황，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론노년념구균성음도염채용동강서연합극매서전치료，가유효개선환자적림상증상，제고환자생활질량。
Objective The clinical effect evaluation of elderly candida vaginitis with ketoconazole alone and in combination with clotrimazole treatment . Methods Elderly candida vaginitis patients were selected 90 cases, and digital randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 40 cases with ketoconazole therapy, 50 cases in the observation group treated with ketoconazole combined with clotrimazole ,then compared two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, treatment effect, adverse reactions and recurrence of the disease.Results The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, adverse reactions and recurrence, and the difference,P> 0.05,was no statisticaly significant; before and after the treatment, 5 months patients vital signs score and effective time was significantly less than that before treatment,P< 0.05,were considered to be statisticaly significant, but the treatment of two groups of patients’ after scoring,was not statisticaly significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion Elderly Candida vaginitis with ketoconazole and clotrimazole treatment, can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and improve quality of life.
