技术是人类劳动实践的具体形式，地球生物圈中由人类技术所创造的人化自然对整个地球生态环境的影响越来越大。无论是资本主义社会还是社会主义社会条件下，技术的滥用或过度使用都会破坏地球生态系统的均衡。简单地把生态问题归咎于技术是不可取的，但我们必须认识到技术是影响生态环境最积极最活跃的可变因素。作为人类改造自然的劳动实践，人类应该自觉地使技术的发明和应用符合生态文明的内在要求。

Technology is the specific form of human labor practice I.n the Earth’ s biosphere ,from technologies to create humanized nature increasingly great influence on the Earth’ s ecological environment .Regardless of is the capitalist society or under the socialist society condition ,the technology abuses or uses excessively can destroy the Earth ecosystem balanced . Simply attribute ecological problems to technology is not desirable ,but we must realize that technology is the most positive and active variable factors affect the ecological environment .As the transformation of the nature of the labor practices ,hu‐man beings should consciously make the technology of the invention and the use of inner requirements in accordance with the ecological civilization .
