目的：观察不同服药时间对于肠道清洁度的影响。方法选取本科65例行结肠镜检查的患者，服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散，随机分组。A组：检查前晚间21：00服药；B组：21：00+04：00服药，比较不同服药时间对肠道清洁度的影响和患者的其他不良反应。结果 A组患者检查前肠道Ⅲ+Ⅳ级不洁率28.1％，Ⅰ+Ⅱ级有效率71.9％，B组患者不洁率降低至6.0％，有效率达93.9％。结论 B组肠道清洁效果满意，患者无需再次灌肠，不良反应少。

목적：관찰불동복약시간대우장도청길도적영향。방법선취본과65례행결장경검사적환자，복용복방취을이순전해질산，수궤분조。A조：검사전만간21：00복약；B조：21：00+04：00복약，비교불동복약시간대장도청길도적영향화환자적기타불량반응。결과 A조환자검사전장도Ⅲ+Ⅳ급불길솔28.1％，Ⅰ+Ⅱ급유효솔71.9％，B조환자불길솔강저지6.0％，유효솔체93.9％。결론 B조장도청길효과만의，환자무수재차관장，불량반응소。
Objective To observe the effect of different time of taking medication on intestinal cleanliness.MethodsWe selected 65 patients receiving colonoscopy to take the electrolyte powder of polyethylene glycols and randomly divided into two groups. Group A: Taking medication at 21:00 on the evening before the check. Group B: taking medication at 21:00+04:00 at night.We compared the effects of the different time of taking medication on intestinal cleanliness and other adverse reactions.Results The intestinal III + IV unclean rate of group A was 28.1% before the examination, and its I + II grade efficiency was 71.9%. The unclean rates of group B had been reduced to 6%, and its effective rate was 93.9%.Conclusion The intestinal cleaning effect is satisfactory and has less adverse reactions. The patients do not require the second enema.
