本文在省级重点教研课题研究基础上，结合我校大工程背景下高级应用型人才培养目标和“三大”教育理念，分析了师资队伍建设的重要性，阐述加强师资队伍建设是提高实践教学质量的有效途径，积极探索提高师资队伍建设的方法，以不断适应学校办学特色和人才培养的需要。
本文在省級重點教研課題研究基礎上，結閤我校大工程揹景下高級應用型人纔培養目標和“三大”教育理唸，分析瞭師資隊伍建設的重要性，闡述加彊師資隊伍建設是提高實踐教學質量的有效途徑，積極探索提高師資隊伍建設的方法，以不斷適應學校辦學特色和人纔培養的需要。
본문재성급중점교연과제연구기출상，결합아교대공정배경하고급응용형인재배양목표화“삼대”교육이념，분석료사자대오건설적중요성，천술가강사자대오건설시제고실천교학질량적유효도경，적겁탐색제고사자대오건설적방법，이불단괄응학교판학특색화인재배양적수요。
Based on the research of the provincial key teaching research topic, combined with the training target of senior applied talents and "three major"education ideas under our university's great engineering background, this paper analyzes the importance of teaching staff construction, points out that to strengthen teach-ing staff construction is an effective way to improve practical teaching quality, and actively explores the methods to improve teaching staff construction, in order to meet the needs of school-running characteristics and talent cultivation.
