目的：分析厄尔沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的药理作用。方法采取2014年3月～2015年9月收集的70例原发性高血压患者，按照随机分配的原则，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组35例，对对照组患者采取厄尔沙坦治疗，对观察组患者在厄尔沙坦治疗的基础上联合氨氯地平，治疗结束后，对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗结束后，观察组35例患者中，32例患者的血压恢复到正常水平，治疗的有效率为91.4%，出现2例头痛，1例感染，不良发生率为8.6%；在对照组35例患者中，仅26例患者的血压恢复正常水平，治疗的有效率为74.3%，同时出现了3例头痛，4例下肢水肿，2例发烧，不良发生率为25.7%。两组患者的治疗效果相比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论厄尔沙坦联合氨氯地平在治疗原发性高血压疾病中可以起到降低血压的作用，同时不良反应发生率低，有效地促进了患者的健康，提高了患者的生活质量。
목적：분석액이사탄연합안록지평치료원발성고혈압적약리작용。방법채취2014년3월～2015년9월수집적70례원발성고혈압환자，안조수궤분배적원칙，수궤분성관찰조화대조조，매조35례，대대조조환자채취액이사탄치료，대관찰조환자재액이사탄치료적기출상연합안록지평，치료결속후，대량조환자적치료효과진행비교。결과치료결속후，관찰조35례환자중，32례환자적혈압회복도정상수평，치료적유효솔위91.4%，출현2례두통，1례감염，불량발생솔위8.6%；재대조조35례환자중，부26례환자적혈압회복정상수평，치료적유효솔위74.3%，동시출현료3례두통，4례하지수종，2례발소，불량발생솔위25.7%。량조환자적치료효과상비，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론액이사탄연합안록지평재치료원발성고혈압질병중가이기도강저혈압적작용，동시불량반응발생솔저，유효지촉진료환자적건강，제고료환자적생활질량。
Objective To analyze the pharmacological effects of losartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods To colecte 70 cases during March 2014 to 2015 in September of primary hypertension patients,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group.In control group patients were treated with losartan treatment,and the observation group patients based on control group combined with amlodipine.After the end of treatment,the pharmacological effects of two groups of patients were compared.ResultsAfter the end of treatment,observed group of 35 patients, 32 patients blood pressure returned to normal level,treatment eficiency was 91.4%, appear headache in 2 cases, infection in 1 case, badness occurrence rate was 8.6%.In the control group of 35 patients, 26 cases of patients with blood pressure recovered to normal levels,treatment eficiency was 74.3%, while there was a headache in 3 cases,4 cases of lower extremity edema, 2 cases of fever,adverse incidence 25.7%.In the two groups, the diference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Losartan combination with amlodipine in the treatment of primary hypertension has a significant efect and can play a role in lowering blood pressure,and lower bad incidence,efectively promotes the health of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
