目的:探讨改良俯卧位垫用于经皮球囊扩张后凸成形术患者术前体位训练时的临床效果。方法将100例脊柱压缩性骨折患者随机分为试验组和对照组各50例,试验组采用改良俯卧位垫进行体位训练;对照组采用传统普通枕垫。比较两组患者训练时的舒适度、术中耐受性及术后腰背部疼痛缓解等方面的效果。结果试验组术前体位训练时的舒适度明显优于对照组( P<0.01);术中耐受力强,手术时间缩短,术后腰背部疼痛缓解方面两组差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论改良俯卧位垫制作简单,操作方便,可以作为护理常规应用于经皮球囊扩张后凸成形术患者的术前体位训练。

목적:탐토개량부와위점용우경피구낭확장후철성형술환자술전체위훈련시적림상효과。방법장100례척주압축성골절환자수궤분위시험조화대조조각50례,시험조채용개량부와위점진행체위훈련;대조조채용전통보통침점。비교량조환자훈련시적서괄도、술중내수성급술후요배부동통완해등방면적효과。결과시험조술전체위훈련시적서괄도명현우우대조조( P<0.01);술중내수력강,수술시간축단,술후요배부동통완해방면량조차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론개량부와위점제작간단,조작방편,가이작위호리상규응용우경피구낭확장후철성형술환자적술전체위훈련。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified prone position pillow in preoperative postural training of patients with percutaneous kyphoplasty. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with vertebral compres-sion fractures were randomly divided into experimental group and control groups. Experimental group of 50 cases did pre-operative postural training with modified prone position pillows, while 50 cases of the control group used traditional ordi-nary pillows. the comfort of patients when training, the effect of intraoperative tolerance and postoperative lower back pain relief were compared between two groups. Results In the experimental group preoperative postural training com-fort was superior to the control group ( P<0. 01 ); better tolerance, shortened surgical time and pain relief of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05) . Conclusions The modified prone position pillow was simple making, easy to operate can be applied as a nursing routine in the preoperative postural training of percutaneous kyphoplasty.
