目的：评价一次性气囊导尿管在老年人清洁灌肠中的应用效果。方法选取100例需进行清洁灌肠且无灌肠禁忌证的老年患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，实验组使用16号无菌硅胶双腔气囊导尿管，对照组使用一次性肛管灌肠，比较两组患者清洁灌肠的效果。结果实验组灌肠液灌入量明显多于对照组，灌肠液外漏例数、灌肠次数及出血例数明显少于对照组( P<0.05)。结论应用气囊导尿管灌肠减轻了老年患者的痛苦，清洁肠道效果好，有效提高护理质量，减轻护理工作量。
목적：평개일차성기낭도뇨관재노년인청길관장중적응용효과。방법선취100례수진행청길관장차무관장금기증적노년환자，수궤분위대조조화실험조，실험조사용16호무균규효쌍강기낭도뇨관，대조조사용일차성항관관장，비교량조환자청길관장적효과。결과실험조관장액관입량명현다우대조조，관장액외루례수、관장차수급출혈례수명현소우대조조( P<0.05)。결론응용기낭도뇨관관장감경료노년환자적통고，청길장도효과호，유효제고호리질량，감경호리공작량。
Objective To evaluate the effect of balloon catheter to cleansing enema in the elderly patients. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients, who needed cleansing enema and no enema contraindications were randomly divided into control group and experimental groups, the experimental group used sterile silicone catheter and the control group used The disposable anal enema. The enema effect of two groups was compared. Results In the experimental group the cases of enema fluid leakage, numbers of times, bleeding were significantly less than those of the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The balloon catheter for enema can reduce the suffering of elderly patients and get more ef-fective. It also improve the quality of care and reduce the nursing workload.
