目的：对阿司匹林临床应用的不良反应进行分析。方法选取2012年5月～2015年5月在我院使用阿司匹林出现不良反应的49例患者，对患者的临床症状以及不良反应进行分析。结果有13例患者出现过敏反应，占比率26.5％；18例患者出现胃肠道反应，占比率36.7％；7例患者出现瑞士综合征，占比率14.3％；8例患者出现水杨酸反应，占比率16.3％；3例患者出现肝损害，占比率6.1％。结论阿司匹林具有较好的治疗效果，但是也存在一定的不良反应，在使用中一定要保证阿司匹林的用量以及用法，根据患者的实际情况，最大程度降低不良反应发生。
목적：대아사필림림상응용적불량반응진행분석。방법선취2012년5월～2015년5월재아원사용아사필림출현불량반응적49례환자，대환자적림상증상이급불량반응진행분석。결과유13례환자출현과민반응，점비솔26.5％；18례환자출현위장도반응，점비솔36.7％；7례환자출현서사종합정，점비솔14.3％；8례환자출현수양산반응，점비솔16.3％；3례환자출현간손해，점비솔6.1％。결론아사필림구유교호적치료효과，단시야존재일정적불량반응，재사용중일정요보증아사필림적용량이급용법，근거환자적실제정황，최대정도강저불량반응발생。
Objective Adverse drug reactions in clinical application of aspirin is to be studied.Methods To choose 49 patients who were suffering from side effects of aspirin in hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 and then make an analysis on patients’clinical symptoms and side effects.Results There are 13 cases of patients with alergy, accounting for 26.5% of the whole;there are 18 cases of patients with gastrointestinal reactions,accounting for 36.7%;7 cases of patients with Switzerland syndrome,accounting for 14.3%;8 cases of patients with salicylic acid reaction,accounting for 16.3%;and the other 3 cases of patients with liver damage, accounting for 6.1%.Conclusions Aspirin was quite effective,however,some side effects were stil unavoidable. It is suggested to make sure the proper dosage and usage according to patients’ ilness condition in order to reduce side effect incidence as much as possible.
