目的:探讨霎哈嘉瑜伽冥想放松术对医学生考试焦虑的干预成效。方法利用焦虑自评量表筛查出本院2010级大学新生考试焦虑的并自愿参加该研究的20名同学,对其实施霎哈嘉瑜伽冥想放松术,在每天冥想前后进行血压、心率、呼吸的测量,在干预进行2周后和4周后分别再次给予焦虑自评量表调查。结果与干预前相比,干预2周和4周后,学生的焦虑情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学生的焦虑得分明显降低;干预后的收缩压明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后的舒张压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),舒张压值逐渐下降;干预前后的呼吸频率逐渐下降,心理紧张主观感受改善明显与干预前比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。干预前后的脉搏差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论霎哈嘉瑜伽冥想放松术有助于医学生心理、生理功能的提高,能降低他们的考试焦虑状态。
目的:探討霎哈嘉瑜伽冥想放鬆術對醫學生攷試焦慮的榦預成效。方法利用焦慮自評量錶篩查齣本院2010級大學新生攷試焦慮的併自願參加該研究的20名同學,對其實施霎哈嘉瑜伽冥想放鬆術,在每天冥想前後進行血壓、心率、呼吸的測量,在榦預進行2週後和4週後分彆再次給予焦慮自評量錶調查。結果與榦預前相比,榦預2週和4週後,學生的焦慮情況差異有統計學意義(P<0.05),學生的焦慮得分明顯降低;榦預後的收縮壓明顯下降,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);榦預前後的舒張壓差異有統計學意義(P<0.05),舒張壓值逐漸下降;榦預前後的呼吸頻率逐漸下降,心理緊張主觀感受改善明顯與榦預前比較差異有統計學意義( P<0.05)。榦預前後的脈搏差異無統計學意義( P>0.05)。結論霎哈嘉瑜伽冥想放鬆術有助于醫學生心理、生理功能的提高,能降低他們的攷試焦慮狀態。
목적:탐토삽합가유가명상방송술대의학생고시초필적간예성효。방법이용초필자평량표사사출본원2010급대학신생고시초필적병자원삼가해연구적20명동학,대기실시삽합가유가명상방송술,재매천명상전후진행혈압、심솔、호흡적측량,재간예진행2주후화4주후분별재차급여초필자평량표조사。결과여간예전상비,간예2주화4주후,학생적초필정황차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),학생적초필득분명현강저;간예후적수축압명현하강,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);간예전후적서장압차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),서장압치축점하강;간예전후적호흡빈솔축점하강,심리긴장주관감수개선명현여간예전비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。간예전후적맥박차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론삽합가유가명상방송술유조우의학생심리、생리공능적제고,능강저타문적고시초필상태。
Objective To investigate Sahaja Yoga meditation technique to relax the effectiveness of the inter-vention on medical students' test anxiet, and provide a favorable method for mental health education work. Methods Twenty students voluntarily screened from 2010 college freshmen by self-rating anxiety scale were given Sahaja Yoga meditation relaxation technique. The blood pressure, heart rate, breathing were tested daily before and after measure-ment. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale were tested after 2 and 4 weeks. Results (1) After 2 and 4 weeks inter-vention, the anxiety of students was improved compared with before intervention, the score of anxiety was decrease, sys-tolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were declined, the respiratory rate was declined, psychological stress subjective experience was improved significantly (allP<0. 05). The pulse had no significant difference before and after intervention ( F=3. 014 , 2. 767 , P>0. 05 ) . Conclusions Sahaja yoga meditation relaxation technique could en-hance the psychological, physiological function of medical students, reduce their test anxiety state.
