目的:探讨应用全程健康教育路径对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法将2011年3至11月在本院心理科病房住院的抑郁症患者67例,随机分为观察组34例和对照组33例,住院期间及出院后6个月,观察组采用全程健康教育路径表对患者进行健康教育,对照组行常规健康教育。两组患者均在入院24 h、出院时及出院后6个月采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表( WHOQOL-100)进行评分。结果观察组出院时及院外六个月时的生存质量评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者应用全程健康教育路径开展健康教育,能有效提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application of health education path for improving the quality of life in patients with depression. Methods On March to November of 2011 , 67 cases of inpatients with major depression in our hospital mental wards were randomly divided into the observation group (34 cases) and control group (33 cases) . During hospitalization and 6 months of discharging from hospital, patients in the observation group were received health education path, while patients in the control group were only received routine health education. Two groups of patients were assessed by WHO quality of life scale (WHOQOL-100) score in 24 h after admission, at discharge and 6 months after discharging from hospital. Results In the observation group, the life quality score at discharge and at six months after discharging were statistically better than that in the control group ( P<0. 01 or P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The ap-plication of full health education path can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with depression.
