目的：探讨循证护理与预见性护理在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法对本院2010年1月至2010年5月收治的抑郁症患者80例，随机将实施循证护理和预见护理的设为实验组( n=40)，实施精神科常规护理的患者设置为对照组(n=40)，观察疗效及住院时间长短等情况。结果经过治疗后，实验组总好转率95%，对照组总好转率77.5%，实验组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。实验组在治疗期间，抑郁症状改善快，平均住院时间显著缩短，差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论循证护理与预见性护理是抑郁症患者的有效护理方式，有利于患者尽快恢复健康。
목적：탐토순증호리여예견성호리재억욱증환자중적응용효과。방법대본원2010년1월지2010년5월수치적억욱증환자80례，수궤장실시순증호리화예견호리적설위실험조( n=40)，실시정신과상규호리적환자설치위대조조(n=40)，관찰료효급주원시간장단등정황。결과경과치료후，실험조총호전솔95%，대조조총호전솔77.5%，실험조우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。실험조재치료기간，억욱증상개선쾌，평균주원시간현저축단，차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론순증호리여예견성호리시억욱증환자적유효호리방식，유리우환자진쾌회복건강。
Objective To explore effective care pattern of patients with depression. Methods A total of 80 patients with depression admitted to hospital in January 2010 -2010 March were randomly divided into the ( n=40 ) and the control group ( n=40 ) . In the experimental group all the patients were treated with evidence-based nursing and pre-dictive nursing, in the control group the patients were treated with routine nursing. The effects were observed and the length of hospitalization and so on between two groups. Results After treatment, the improvement rate in the experi-mental group was 95% and 77. 5% in the control group. In the experimental group during treatment, depression symp-toms was improved quickly, the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter, the differences were significantly ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Evidence-based nursing and the predictive nursing for patients with depression are effective nursing methods, them are helpful for the patients to recover health as soon as possible.
