目的：分析手术治疗跟骨关节内粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法随机选取45例患者，采取锁定钢板切开复位内固定术治疗，必要时植骨，分析患者手术效果。结果45例患者术后恢复优良率86.7％，术后Bohler角34°较术前4°增加，Gissane角136°较术前104°提高，P<0.05，切口均I期愈合。结论手术是治疗跟骨关节内粉碎性骨折的首选方式，通过锁定钢板切开复位内固定治疗，必要时予以植骨，可促进患者恢复。

목적：분석수술치료근골관절내분쇄성골절적료효。방법수궤선취45례환자，채취쇄정강판절개복위내고정술치료，필요시식골，분석환자수술효과。결과45례환자술후회복우량솔86.7％，술후Bohler각34°교술전4°증가，Gissane각136°교술전104°제고，P<0.05，절구균I기유합。결론수술시치료근골관절내분쇄성골절적수선방식，통과쇄정강판절개복위내고정치료，필요시여이식골，가촉진환자회복。
ObjectiveTo analyze the articular fractures of the calcaneus in the surgical treatment of patients.Methods45 patients were randomly selected to take anatomical plates open reduction and internal fixation,and took bone graft when necessary to analyze the efect of surgery patients.ResultsIn 45 cases,the good recovery rate was 86.7%,and postoperative bohler angle 34°was increased compared with the preoperative4°.Gissane angle 136°compared with the preoperative 104° was increased,P< 0.05.I cut al cured.Conclusion The operation is the first choice for the treatment of the intra-articular calcaneal fractures by open reduction and anatomical plate internal fixation,or bone graft to be necessary. It can promote patient recovery.
