作为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带的工会组织，开展“进社区、进家庭、进一线、进岗位、进网络”五进活动，发动工会干部走基层、下班组、到岗位、进家庭、上网络，面对面、心贴心与员工打成一片，实现了工会干部与员工交流的“零距离”，切实解决了一些员工最关心最直接最现实的利益问题，有效强化了基层民主政治建设，极大地调动了员工工作和生活激情，丰富了“和谐社区”创建内容。

As a link between the Party and the masses ,the trade union organization has made“zero-distance”com‐munication between its officials and the employees come true ,has solved what the employees are concerning most , has intensified basic level democracy construction and enriched creating content of “harmonious community” by im‐plementing the campaign to encourage the trade union officials to go to communities ,grassroots and workshops ,visit the employees'family and make use of network .
