In steel pipe industry, SWIDEN lever mechanism is mainly used in steel pipe transverse transport device and online rotary cutting device, which can realize steel pipe transverse transport without impact, scratch and low noise, as well as online high speed, stable cutting steel tube. In this article, combining with the typical application cases of SWIDEN lever mechanism in Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., it mainly introduced the composition principle of SWIDEN lever mechanism, and carried out motion analysis to its structure, which provided a theoretical basis and practice experience for popularization and application of this mechanism.
