目的：了解洛阳市第一人民医院30岁以上医务人员代谢综合征（MS）发病情况，为指导医务人员积极采取保健措施提供依据。方法选取洛阳市第一人民医院30岁以上医务人员，对其体检情况采用整群随机抽样方法进行研究，对体检人群代谢综合征情况进行分析。结果 MS 患病率为23.94%，超重和肥胖在所有异常指标中检出率最高，男性 MS、超重或肥胖、高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的患病率均明显高于女性；不同年龄间 MS、高血压、高血糖、血脂紊乱和超重指标随着年龄的增长均有明显增加。结论洛阳市第一人民医院30岁以上医务人员具有较高的 MS 患病率，各组患病率在不同性别、不同年龄段有所不同，超重和肥胖检出率最高，30岁以上医务人员应该高度警惕 MS 的发生，加强保健意识，定期体检。

Objective To ynderstand the occyrrence of metabolic syndrome(MS)in medical staff over 30 in the first peo-ple’s hospital of Lyoyang,and thys to provide a gyide for medical personnel to take care measyres. Methods Selected the medical staff over the age of 30 and condycted a clyster random sampling method,and analyzed the data of metabolic syndrome occyrrence. Results The prevalence of MS was 23. 94% . The detection rates of overweight or obesity were the highest among all the abnormal index. Prevalence rates of MS,overweight or obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia in male were significantly higher than those in female;MS,high blood pressyre,high blood sygar,blood lipid disorder and the overweight in-dex vary in different age groyp and they increased with age getting older. Conclusion In this hospital,the medical staff over the age of 30 are with a higher prevalence of MS,and the prevalence rate varies in different gender,different age groyps,the rate of overweight and obesity were the highest. Medical staff over the age of 30 shoyld be alert to the occyrrence of MS,strengthening the health conscioysness,and take health check regylarly.
