结合芦山、宝兴片区原有公路技术等级低、抗灾能力弱、受不良地质及气候影响大的情况,在该地区地震灾后恢复重建规划阶段,就该地区对外出口通道方案进行了全面研究,提出多个出口通道,选择生命线通道,以增强宝兴县对外联系通道整体路网安全,全面提高现有公路抗灾能力和安全防护水平。
結閤蘆山、寶興片區原有公路技術等級低、抗災能力弱、受不良地質及氣候影響大的情況,在該地區地震災後恢複重建規劃階段,就該地區對外齣口通道方案進行瞭全麵研究,提齣多箇齣口通道,選擇生命線通道,以增彊寶興縣對外聯繫通道整體路網安全,全麵提高現有公路抗災能力和安全防護水平。

Combining with original Lushan and Baoxing highway conditions,such as lower highway technology,poor hazard-resisting capacity, and big bad climate impact and so on,the paper comprehensively studies its external passageway scheme at the restoration and reconstruction phase after the earthquake,and puts forward various exits for selecting lifeline passageway,with a view to enhance integral highway network secu-rity of external Baoxing county contact,and to improve current highway hazard-resisting capacity and safety protecting level as well.
