目的:浅谈经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2010年至2014年间我院收治的60例行经皮椎体成形术的老年胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者为研究对象,针对实施经皮椎体形成术后的相关结果进行比较分析。结果:实施手术治疗前VAS评分为(7.22±0.25)分,治疗后VAS评分为(2.50±0.75)分,实施手术治疗后VAS评分优于治疗前。(t﹦19.321, P<0.001);实施手术治疗前活动能力(M D S)评分为(1.87±0.50)分,实施手术治疗后活动能力评分为(3.25±0.30)分,实施手术治疗后活动能力评分优于治疗前。(t﹦17.431,P<0.001)。结论:应用经皮椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的临床实际效果显著,可靠性及安全性较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of by percutaneous vertebroplasty elderly osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Metheds 60 cases of percutaneous vertebroplasty for thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture from 2010 to 2013 in our hospital. Comparing and analyzing the relative results of after operation.Results VAS score was distinctly decreased from(7.22±0.25) pre-operation to(2.50±0.75) after operation . The VAS was distinctly decreased. with a significant difference(t=17.431,P<0.01). MDS score was distinctly improved from(1.87±0.50) pre-operation to(3.25±0.30) after operation . The MDS was distinctly improved . with a significant difference(t=17.431,P<0.01). Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture. The clinical effect is signifcant、reliable and safe. The application is very high.
