采用动态硫化技术制备了乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)和三元尼龙(PAM15)热塑性弹性体,研究了二元胺硫化体系(Diak 1#)用量对AEM/PAM15 TPV硫化胶的硫化性能、力学性能、微观形貌以及热学性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫化剂用量的增加,AEM/PAM15体系硫化程度和力学性能先增加后降低,拉断伸长率和永久形变逐渐降低。动态硫化后,AEM/PAM15 TPV体系出现了一个新的玻璃化转变温度(Tg2),体系相容性提高,但耐热性能变化甚微,二段硫化明显提高了体系的力学性能。

Ethylene acrylic elastomer (AEM) and ternary nylon (PAM15) thermoplastic vulcanization was prepared with dynamic vulcanization technology. The effect of diamine curing agent Diak 1# on the curing, mechanical and thermal properties and microstructure of the AEM/PAM15 TPV system were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of the amount of curing agent, the degree of curing and mechanical properties of the AEM/PAM15 TPV ifrst increased and then decreased, while the elongation at break and permanent deformation decreased. A new glass transition temperature (Tg2) was observed after dynamic vulcanization, indicating the improvement of compatibility between AEM and PAM, while heat resistance had a subtle change. In addition, the mechanical properties of AEM/PAM15 TPV evidently improved via the post-cure process.
