城市，既是地域文化的象征，又是文化过程的产物，无论大小。通过河南省博爱县清化老城的区域特征及城市传统风貌的整体格局、建筑风格、空间尺度等现状特点的调查，并分析其所包含的地域文化价值。旨在引导当地人对其城市传统风貌的认知，进而能对保护和传承城市的传统文化起到一定作用。

Symbol of the city, both geographical and cultural, but also a product of the cultural process, regardless of size. This paper surveys the overall pattern of fraternity County, Henan Province ,Qinghua Old Town of Boai conuty area features traditional style and architecture, spatial scales, such as the characteristics of the present situation, and to analyze the geographical and cultural value it contains.
