目的：探讨临床护理路径在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院就诊的急性胰腺炎患者100例，采用随机方法分为实验组和对照组各50例。实验组应用临床护理路径进行系统护理，对照组按传统的医疗方法进行常规护理。记录两组在住院时间、禁食天数、医疗费用、健康教育达标情况、护理质量满意度、病情加重发生例数、并发症发生例数及死亡例数情况。结果两组在住院时间、禁食天数、医疗费用、健康教育达标情况、护理质量满意度、病情加重发生例数、并发症发生例数、死亡例数差异有统计学意义，实验组优于对照组( P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于急性胰腺炎患者，可以缩短住院时间，缩短禁食天数，控制医疗费用，提高健康教育效果及患者对护理质量的满意度，减少病情加重发生例数、并发症的发生及死亡例数，提高工作效率及质量，促进患者康复。
목적：탐토림상호리로경재급성이선염환자중적응용효과。방법선택아원취진적급성이선염환자100례，채용수궤방법분위실험조화대조조각50례。실험조응용림상호리로경진행계통호리，대조조안전통적의료방법진행상규호리。기록량조재주원시간、금식천수、의료비용、건강교육체표정황、호리질량만의도、병정가중발생례수、병발증발생례수급사망례수정황。결과량조재주원시간、금식천수、의료비용、건강교육체표정황、호리질량만의도、병정가중발생례수、병발증발생례수、사망례수차이유통계학의의，실험조우우대조조( P<0.05)。결론림상호리로경응용우급성이선염환자，가이축단주원시간，축단금식천수，공제의료비용，제고건강교육효과급환자대호리질량적만의도，감소병정가중발생례수、병발증적발생급사망례수，제고공작효솔급질량，촉진환자강복。
Objective To explore the effects of the clinical nursing pathway on patients with acute pancreati-tis. Methods From our hospital 100 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases each group. The pathway of clinical nursing was applied in the exper-imental group with systematic nursing. The control group were treated with the traditional medical treatment for general nursing. The case of the length of hospitalization, the days of fasting, medical costs, the reaching standard of the health education, the satisfaction degree issues of the quality of care, the cases of the exacerbations, the complications, and the cases of death were recorded and compared between two groups. Results The data recorded above had revealed the experimental group was superior to the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute pancreatitis can shorten the length of hospitalization, control medical costs, improve the effect of health education and the satisfaction of patients, reduce the cases of the exacerbations, the complications, and death, improve the quality and efficiency of the nursing, and promote the patients to be restored to health.
