目的：对特异性免疫治疗应用于小儿过敏性哮喘中的治疗效果进行研究。方法选取我院从2013年11月～2014年12月收治的过敏性哮喘患儿100例作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组患儿50例。对照组患儿应用常规治疗方法，治疗组患儿进行特异性免疫治疗，对比2组患儿临床疗效的差异性。结果治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率为94.00％，对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为50.00％，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对过敏性哮喘患儿实施特异性免疫治疗，具有较好的临床疗效。

목적：대특이성면역치료응용우소인과민성효천중적치료효과진행연구。방법선취아원종2013년11월～2014년12월수치적과민성효천환인100례작위연구대상，수궤분위치료조여대조조，매조환인50례。대조조환인응용상규치료방법，치료조환인진행특이성면역치료，대비2조환인림상료효적차이성。결과치료조환인적치료총유효솔위94.00％，대조조환인적치료총유효솔위50.00％，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대과민성효천환인실시특이성면역치료，구유교호적림상료효。
ObjectiveSpecific immunotherapy in children with alergic asthma treatment is studied.MethodsFrom November 2013 to December 2014, 100 cases of alergic asthma were selected as the research object, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Children in the control group used conventional treatment, and treatment group used specific immunotherapy treatment. The difference of the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared.ResultsTreatment of children with total effective rate was 94.00%, the treatment of children in the control group, the total effective rate was 50.00%, the difference was statisticaly significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Children with alergic asthma implemented specific immunotherapy have better clinical efficacy .
