目的:探讨辨证施膳干预对老年痛风患者血尿酸水平和生活质量的影响。方法将60例老年痛风患者作为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规护理和健康宣教,治疗组在此基础上根据患者的不同证型,辨证施膳制订饮食处方,对两组患者进行血尿酸水平、生活质量的评定。结果两组患者的生活质量在生理功能、社会功能、生理问题对日常活动的限制、心理问题对社会活动的限制、心理健康、活力、总体健康评价、及与1年前健康比较方面对比差异都有统计学意义( P<0.01);各组患者血尿酸水平经治疗后都有一定的改善,且治疗组血尿酸控制水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论辨证施膳能更有效降低老年痛风患者血尿酸水平,提高其生活质量。

목적:탐토변증시선간예대노년통풍환자혈뇨산수평화생활질량적영향。방법장60례노년통풍환자작위연구대상,분위치료조화대조조,매조각30례,대조조채용상규호리화건강선교,치료조재차기출상근거환자적불동증형,변증시선제정음식처방,대량조환자진행혈뇨산수평、생활질량적평정。결과량조환자적생활질량재생리공능、사회공능、생리문제대일상활동적한제、심리문제대사회활동적한제、심리건강、활력、총체건강평개、급여1년전건강비교방면대비차이도유통계학의의( P<0.01);각조환자혈뇨산수평경치료후도유일정적개선,차치료조혈뇨산공제수평현저우우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.01)。결론변증시선능경유효강저노년통풍환자혈뇨산수평,제고기생활질량。
Objective To explore the effect of the dialectic meal intervention on the life quality of the elderly patients with gout. Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly patients with gout were selected and divided into treatment group and control group (n=30), in the control group conventional care and health education were adopted, and in the treatment group based on this basis depending on the patient's card type, dialectical meal formulation dietary regimens were used. Two groups of patients with serum uric acid level, the life quality were assessed. Results There were sig-nificant differences compared with health situation 1 year ago in the physical function, social function, physiological problems restrictions on daily activities, psychological problems restrictions on social activity, mental health, vitality and overall health assessment. Serum uric acid levels in the two groups were all improved after treatment, the control level of serum uric acid in the treatment group was superior to the control group, the differences were significantly (P<0. 01) . Conclusions The dialectic meal intervention can reduce serum uric acid levels of the elderly patients with gout, im-prove their life quality.
