本文采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取雪梨籽油,考察了压力、温度、时间和CO2流量对油脂得率的影响,并对提取物进行GC-MS分析。结果表明:最佳提取条件为压力35 MPa、温度35℃、时间130 min 、CO2流量15 kg/h,其油脂得率为23.9%。油脂中主要含有7种脂肪酸成分。超临界CO2提取方法得率高、时间短,是一种合适的提取雪梨籽油的方法。
本文採用超臨界CO2萃取技術萃取雪梨籽油,攷察瞭壓力、溫度、時間和CO2流量對油脂得率的影響,併對提取物進行GC-MS分析。結果錶明:最佳提取條件為壓力35 MPa、溫度35℃、時間130 min 、CO2流量15 kg/h,其油脂得率為23.9%。油脂中主要含有7種脂肪痠成分。超臨界CO2提取方法得率高、時間短,是一種閤適的提取雪梨籽油的方法。
본문채용초림계CO2췌취기술췌취설리자유,고찰료압력、온도、시간화CO2류량대유지득솔적영향,병대제취물진행GC-MS분석。결과표명:최가제취조건위압력35 MPa、온도35℃、시간130 min 、CO2류량15 kg/h,기유지득솔위23.9%。유지중주요함유7충지방산성분。초림계CO2제취방법득솔고、시간단,시일충합괄적제취설리자유적방법。
This paper studied on the effect of the extract conditions which was including pressure, temperature, time and flow rate of CO2 on the yield of snow pear seed oil with supercritical CO2 extraction process. The results showed that the yield of oil from snow pear was 23.9%at the optimal extraction conditions were pressure 35 MPa, temperature 35℃, time 130 min and the flow rate 15 kg/h. There are 7 kinds of fatty acids in the oil with the analysis of GC-MS. Therefore supercritical CO2 extraction is suitable for the extraction of oil from snow pear seeds with the advantages of the short time and high yield.
