目的：探讨应用临床路径对慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育疗效的影响。方法：选择2013年6月至2014年9月该院收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者88例，随机分为实验组和对照组各44例，两组都给予保肝治疗。对照组按常规健康教育，实验组运用临床路径进行健康教育。结果：健康教育前两组间A L T、A S T水平差异均无统计学意义(t﹦0.96,P﹦0.33,t﹦0.06,P﹦0.95)。实施健康教育后上述值都明显降低，实验组的健康教育后值均低于对照组（两组间A L T比较，t﹦-3.76,P﹦0.0003，两组间A S T比较，t﹦-4.94,P﹦0.00），差异有统计学意义。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者保肝治疗能有效改善肝功能，而按临床路径进行健康教育能提高疗效。

목적：탐토응용림상로경대만성을형간염환자건강교육료효적영향。방법：선택2013년6월지2014년9월해원수치적만성을형간염환자88례，수궤분위실험조화대조조각44례，량조도급여보간치료。대조조안상규건강교육，실험조운용림상로경진행건강교육。결과：건강교육전량조간A L T、A S T수평차이균무통계학의의(t﹦0.96,P﹦0.33,t﹦0.06,P﹦0.95)。실시건강교육후상술치도명현강저，실험조적건강교육후치균저우대조조（량조간A L T비교，t﹦-3.76,P﹦0.0003，량조간A S T비교，t﹦-4.94,P﹦0.00），차이유통계학의의。결론：만성을형간염환자보간치료능유효개선간공능，이안림상로경진행건강교육능제고료효。
Objective Explore the application of clinical pathway on the effect of health education for patients with chronic hepatitis b.Methods Choose between June 2013 in September, 2014, the hospital treated 88 cases of chronic hepatitis b patients .Were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n = 44).Both groups to protect liver treatment. The control group according to routine health education.The use of clinical path for health education.Results Health education before the ALT.AST level differences between the two groups had no statistical significance.(t=0.96,P=0.33,t=0.06,P=0.95).After the implementation of health education. These values are significantly reduced. The experimental values are lower than the control group after health education.(ALT comparison between the two groups,t=-3.76,P=0.0003,AST comparison between the two groups,t=-4.94,P=0.00)The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Patients with chronic hepatitis b liver treatment can effectively improve liver function.And according to the clinical path for health education can improve curative effect.
