目的：了解骨科患者术后早期疼痛的程度和疼痛对患者情绪、日常生活的影响，以及对疼痛控制和健康教育情况的满意度，指导护士做好对骨科患者术后早期疼痛的护理和宣教。方法选取朝阳医院2010年3月～2010年5月骨科术后患者为研究对象，使用休斯顿疼痛情况调查表（HPOI）中文版，对研究对象在手术后第2天进行疼痛的相关调查。结果骨科患者手术后早期疼痛普遍存在，术后疼痛没有得到有效控制。术后疼痛对患者的情绪和日常生活造成了不同程度的影响，其中对日常生活影响严重。患者对于术后疼痛的控制状况和疼痛控制的教育方面不甚满意，疼痛控制的教育有待加强。结论对于骨科患者术后早期疼痛的护理，护士应当因人而异，加强基础护理和心理护理，减轻疼痛感；以多种形式加强对于术后疼痛相关知识的系统化宣教，促进患者术后舒适，尽早开展术后功能锻炼，早日康复。

Objective To comprehend the postoperative orthopedic patients with early pain severity and pain of patients with mood, daily life inlfuence, and on pain control and health education satisfaction, to guide the nurses do a good job of orthopaedic postoperative patients with early pain nursing care and education. Methods Selected orthopaedic postoperative patients from March 2010 to May 2010 in Chaoyang Hospital as the object, used houston pain questionnaire (the hpoi) Chinese version, the research object in the survey after surgery the next day pain. Results Patients were not satisifed with the pain control and pain control, pain control education needs to be strengthened. Conclusion For early pain after orthopedic surgery and nursing, the nurses should vary from person to person, strengthen basic nursing and psychological nursing, the greatest degree of relieve pain, in various forms to strengthen for postoperative pain related knowledge system of education, promotion of orthopedic surgery after comfortable, then as soon as possible to expand the function exercise after operation, early rehabilitation.
