动态血压监测（ambulatory blood pressure monitoring，ABPM）是通过血压记录仪自动操作，在预定的时间点记录受检者日常生活状态下的血压，经相关的软件程序对原始数据进行分析和统计学处理后，形成图表、曲线和综合报告。ABPM 能提供24 h 血压测量数据、波动情况及变化趋势，能全面地反映患者24 h 血压的动态变化，近年来已经开始在儿科广泛应用，在高血压的诊断、治疗、预后评估及随访等多方面研究中均具有重要作用。
