目的：探讨使用废弃的药盒代替一次性弯盘的方法以及相关意义。方法收集在实际手术中使用废弃药盒代替一次性弯盘的实例，分析在此过程中出现不良反应的情况。结果在实施手术治疗的过程中，使用废弃药盒代替一次性弯盘的过程中，不良反应以及差错出现的概率和常规的使用一次性弯盘的发生率相比，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论使用废弃药盒代替一次性的弯盘不会影响正常治疗，能够改善在临床上医疗成本以及护士的工作量，是一种及时有效的方法。

목적：탐토사용폐기적약합대체일차성만반적방법이급상관의의。방법수집재실제수술중사용폐기약합대체일차성만반적실례，분석재차과정중출현불량반응적정황。결과재실시수술치료적과정중，사용폐기약합대체일차성만반적과정중，불량반응이급차착출현적개솔화상규적사용일차성만반적발생솔상비，P＞0.05，차이불구유통계학의의。결론사용폐기약합대체일차성적만반불회영향정상치료，능구개선재림상상의료성본이급호사적공작량，시일충급시유효적방법。
Objective To explore the method and meaning of use abandoned pill boxes instead of one-time bending plate. Methods Selected living example of used abandon medicine box instead of disposable kidney basin in actual intraoperative, analyzed the untoward effect in process. Results Carried out operative treatment in process, used abandon medicine box instead of disposable kidney basin, compared the untoward effect and provability of occurred error with disposable kidney basin, P>0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Used abandon medicine box instead of disposable kidney basin would not affect the normal treatment, can improve implementation of treatment and clinical medical costs and the workload of the nurse, it is a kind of effective method.
