目的：探讨脊柱骨折致脊髓损伤患者围手术期护理及并发症的预防。方法选取40例脊柱骨折致脊髓损伤患者分为两组，观察组采用围手术期的护理及并发症预防，对照组采用一般护理，对比两组的护理效果。结果对比两组的并发症发生情况和护理满意度，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对脊柱骨折致脊髓损伤患者采用围手术期护理及并发症的预防临床效果显著。
목적：탐토척주골절치척수손상환자위수술기호리급병발증적예방。방법선취40례척주골절치척수손상환자분위량조，관찰조채용위수술기적호리급병발증예방，대조조채용일반호리，대비량조적호리효과。결과대비량조적병발증발생정황화호리만의도，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론대척주골절치척수손상환자채용위수술기호리급병발증적예방림상효과현저。
Objective To explore the cause of spinal fractures in patients with cervical spinal cord injury care and prevention of complications. Methods Selected 40 patients with spinal fractures caused by spinal cord injury patients, were divided into two groups, the observation group perioperative care and complication, the control group received general care, compared the nursing effect of two group. Results Compared the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Spinal caused by spinal cord injury patients with care and prevention of complications signiifcant clinical effect.
