目的：探讨诱导期透析患者的临床护理干预措施应用效果。方法对147例诱导期透析患者进行心理护理、饮食指导、用药指导及自我护理培训等护理干预措施。结果患者在自身疾病认知能力、治疗依从性、自我保护能力等方面有大幅度提升。结论对诱导期透析患者实施有计划、有目的的护理干预措施，可促进患者对疾病的认识，增强治疗及生活信心，保证治疗效果，使患者顺利过渡至规律透析。
목적：탐토유도기투석환자적림상호리간예조시응용효과。방법대147례유도기투석환자진행심리호리、음식지도、용약지도급자아호리배훈등호리간예조시。결과환자재자신질병인지능력、치료의종성、자아보호능력등방면유대폭도제승。결론대유도기투석환자실시유계화、유목적적호리간예조시，가촉진환자대질병적인식，증강치료급생활신심，보증치료효과，사환자순리과도지규률투석。
Objective The explore application clinical effect nursing intervention measures of the induction dialysis. Methods The psychological nursing, dietary guidance, medication guidance, self nursing training and nursing intervention measures for 147 patients with induction dialysis were carried out. Results The patients were improved in their own disease, treatment compliance, self-protection ability. Conclusion The induction period of dialysis patient, nursing measures can promote awareness of disease patients, enhanced treatment and conifdence in life, so as to ensure the effectiveness of treatment, so that patients with a smooth transition to regular dialysis.
