目的：掌握规范使用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠的注意事项。方法通过1例第2次使用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠引起速发性过敏反应实例，分析该药物过敏反应出现原因，探讨过敏反应护理体会。结果经过及时抢救和对症处理，患者于7天后痊愈出院。结论护理工作中，时刻增强安全防范意识，可以预防或减少差错事故的发生。

Objective The standard precautions are mastered in using cefoperazone sulbactam sodium. Methods By the case of tachycardia allergic reaction caused by second using cefoperazone sulbactam sodium, the cause of the allergic reaction was analyzed andthe nursing experience was discussed. Results After timely and symptomatic treatment, the patient recovered and was discharged in 7 days. Conclusion The occurrence of error accidents can be prevented or reduced by enhancing the safety awareness in nursing work.
