溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是原因不明的一种慢性非特异性炎症性肠病，从中西医结合治疗配合综合疗法、灌汤疗法两个方面来对慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的中西医结合治疗进展进行论述，相比较单纯中药或者西药治疗而言，中西医结合治疗效果显著，有效率高达90%以上，因此，本文主要探讨了中西医结合治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的优点和进展状况，以期为临床治疗效果的提高提供一些帮助。

Abstrac Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a kind of unexplained chronic bowel disease, from the traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment with comprehensive therapy, irrigation soup two aspects to the combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis progress, compared with pure traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine, combining Chinese and western medicine treatment effect was remarkable, the efficiency was as high as 90% above, therefore, this article mainly discusses the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis and the advantages of progress, in order to offer some help to improve clinical outcomes.Progress in the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine .
