目的探讨神经电生理检查在2型糖尿病患者周围神经、自主神经及脑神经损害中的意义。方法对154例2型糖尿病患者进行神经传导速度(NCS)、交感皮肤反应(SSR)、心率变异趋势图(RRIV)及瞬目反射(BR)检测,分析检测异常率及其与年龄、病程及糖化血红蛋白的相关性。结果154例患者中NCS、SSR、RRIV 及 BR 异常率分别为72%、58%、73%和7%。 NCS、SSR 及 RRIV 异常率与年龄无关,而与病程及糖化血红蛋白有关。正中神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)值与病程呈负相关,而与糖化血红蛋白值无关,<br> SSR 与病程及糖化血红蛋白值均呈正相关。结论神经电生理检测可早期发现糖尿病患者周围神经、自主神经受损证据,为早期合理治疗提供依据。

Objective To discuss the significance of electrophysiological examination in the peripheral nerve damage in patients with type 2 diabetes significance.Methods 154 patients with type 2 diabetes were examined with nerve conduction study(NCS), sympathetic skin response(SSR), (R-R interval variation test)RRIV and blink reflex(BR), the abnormal rate and the relativity between the abnormal rate and age, course and HbA1c were ana-lysed.Results The abnormal rate of NCS, SSR, RRIV and BR respectively were 72%, 58%, 73% and 7%, the abnormal rate was unrelated with age, but was related with course and ghycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c).The median nerve sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) was negatively correlated with course, was unrelated with HbA1c,SSR was positive correlated with course and HbA1c.Conclusion Nerve electrophysiological examination can find early damage evidence of peripheral nerve and autonomic nerve in the patients with diabetes, and provide the basis for early treatment.
