类风湿关节炎是临床最常见的结缔组织病，亦是临床上致畸率、致残率很高的一种自身免疫性疾病，因此早期诊断对于疾病的治疗具有非常重要的意义。随着影像学技术的迅猛发现，影像诊断学对类风湿关节炎早期诊断的作用越发突显。文章阐述了目前临床和科研上常用的影像学技术在类风湿关节炎诊断中的应用价值，分析了影像学检查在类风湿性关节炎诊断中的研究趋势。

Rheumatoid arthritis is the most common connective tissue diseases in clinical practice, also clinically an autoimmune disease with high malformation and disability rates. Therefore the early diagnosis of such disease is of vital importance to its treatment. Along with the rapid development of imaging technology, the role of image diagnostics in early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis is becoming more and more prominent. This paper illustrated the value of imaging technology, as a commonly used technology in current clinical practice and scientific research, in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, and analyzed the trend of study on the application of imaging examination in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
