目的：观察沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年7月～2014年6月收治的喘息性肺炎患儿96例，随机分为联合组和对照组，每组48例，对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入进行治疗，联合组在对照组的基础上联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果联合组总有效率为93.75%高于对照组的83.33%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎可以取得比较理想的治疗效果。
목적：관찰사정알순연합포지내덕무화흡입치료소인천식성폐염적림상료효。방법선택아원2013년7월～2014년6월수치적천식성폐염환인96례，수궤분위연합조화대조조，매조48례，대조조재상규치료적기출상채용포지내덕무화흡입진행치료，연합조재대조조적기출상연합사정알순무화흡입치료，비교량조치료효과。결과연합조총유효솔위93.75%고우대조조적83.33%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론사정알순연합포지내덕무화흡입치료소인천식성폐염가이취득비교이상적치료효과。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of pediatric asthmatic pneumonia. Methods Selected 96 cases wheezing pneumonia from July 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into combined group and control group, 48 cases in each group, the control group on the basis of routine treatment with budesonide atomization inhalation treatment, combined group on the basis of the control group sand joint salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 83.33%, which was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of Infantile Asthmatic Pneumonia can get a ideal therapeutic effect, in clinical application value.
