目的：探讨左旋甲状腺素对老年亚临床甲减患者血脂代谢的影响。方法选取我院2013年10月～2014年1月收治的40例老年亚临床甲减患者作为研究组，研究组给予左旋甲状腺素治疗，对照组为50例健康老年人，对两组人员的血脂代谢特点给予比较。结果治疗后患者的LDL、TC水平低于治疗前，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对于老年亚临床甲减患者，实施左旋甲状腺素治疗，对血脂代谢情况有改善作用，具有良好的临床治疗效果，可改善患者的血脂代谢情况。
목적：탐토좌선갑상선소대노년아림상갑감환자혈지대사적영향。방법선취아원2013년10월～2014년1월수치적40례노년아림상갑감환자작위연구조，연구조급여좌선갑상선소치료，대조조위50례건강노년인，대량조인원적혈지대사특점급여비교。결과치료후환자적LDL、TC수평저우치료전，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론대우노년아림상갑감환자，실시좌선갑상선소치료，대혈지대사정황유개선작용，구유량호적림상치료효과，가개선환자적혈지대사정황。
Objective To investigate the effects of levothyroxine on lipid metabolism in elderly patients with subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods Selected 40 cases with senile sub clinical hypothyroidism from October 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital as the study group, the study group given levothyroxine treatment and 50 cases of healthy elderly people as the control group, the characteristics of blood lipid metabolism in two groups of researchers was given. Results After treatment, the levels of LDL and TC were lower than before treatment, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion For the elderly patients with subclinical hypothyroidism, the implementation of levothyroxine treatment. For patients with lipid metabolism in has obvious improvement effect and has good clinical effect in the treatment, can significantly improve the blood lipid metabolism in patients.
