概述了长沙市农业面源污染包括化肥、农药、农膜、秸秆、畜禽粪便以及生活污染的现状，针对其污染特点提出了加强宣传教育和引导、加强清洁生产技术推广、加强监控网络体系建设、加强部门科室间的配合和加大财政资金投入力度等的防治对策，对控制长沙市乃至湖南省的农业面源污染，改善生态环境，构建和谐社会具有现实意义。
